Adjusting speedo using forscan.

Postby Steve192 » Thu May 09, 2019 7:13 pm

Hi people,

Anyone on here a wizz with forscan who can tell me how I adjust the speedo for my van. I’ve fitted bigger wheels and tires. And according to will they fit it’s throwing the speedo out by quite abit. I have the rolling circumference figure. Just need to know how I change it on forscan.

Cheers

I tried changing mine in Forscan as I changed tyre size and the speedo was out a few kmh, didn't seem to work very well....but IDS worked fine for me....that was about two years ago though....maybe Forscan have fixed their software since.

I have the same issue, but due to previous owner replacing the clocks - presumably from one with 15" wheels....

I can't find a setting in Forscan, let alone know what to enter :(

There’s a section I’ve seen in the vehicle data piece. It shows the standard set up of tyres and wheels, you can change it there but I doubt it will then adjust automatically.

I think it's in Module Programming, there's a rolling radius setting.
