Hi,
For those who have kindly helped me I have now managed to remove the whole fuse box/board together with the offending fuse (top left looking at photo attached hereto). For those of whom are not familiar with my story the starter motor was connected wrongly (both pos/meg together) hence resulting in the inevitable fireworks when attempting to connect the battery - result van won’t start. A mechanic has looked at the van and said the said fuse is faulty and I would need to replace it. My Initial question is how many perishable components are on this board (such as relays etc) ? And lastly would one be able to purchase such individually to save replacement of the whole board? I have already detached the fuse bit which is on a steel type base which made me think these parts may well be available separately as the bland base board is intact and I would assume fully serviceable. What I don’t want to do is miss something though, connect everything up and still find it won’t start or even worse cause damage once again. Any help appreciated , thank you.
