electric system overvoltage

Postby John-_Almazan713 » Thu Feb 13, 2020 11:12 pm

hi everyone, hope someone can help me out .
I have a 2015 ford transit -250 medium roof 3.7 v6.
on dash showed "electric system overvoltage stop safely.
few people and local mechanics told me it was alternator 150 amps , first shop installed a used alternator . 2 days later message showed up again. i figure was a faulty used alternator so i just installed a new one. 1 hr later message came up again. can someone help me or show me direction where to go or what i need to do . highly apreciate it

15.9v is way too much...should only be ~14.4v. Voltage regulator playing up..??

Check to make sure the battery/s haven't boiled dry.
