Bought van as non runner chain had snapped it's done 145000 miles
Built it back up cleaned it all out new pump and chain etc not long after oil cooler stated leaking so replaced with new one and the same has happened again not tested oil presure yet but I'm assuming it's to high and trying to force oil out at the weakest points.

Are you sure it's the cooler gone and not residual oil in coolant that wasn't cleaned out ? (just trying to get all the facts )
also where did pump and new cooler come from ?

Both pump and oil oil from ebay. Decently coming from oil cooler made a right mess of engine bay blew seals out were the cooler is bolted on to the oil filter housing.
