Is the 2011 a Euro-5..?? The 2008 will be Euro-4 and you might have a module compatibility issue..??

What colour is the rev band in the rpm counter? Has it got a green band between app1800 rpm and 4000 rpm or a red band from 4500 to 6000 rpm ?

Hi all clocks i have are red band only.

Been playing around someore now the origanal clocks are basically dead no comms no power.
tried 2008 clocks back in and they work.i reloaded the asbuilt file from ford but didnt help (ive now got a pto fitted to van if anyone has a spreed sheet so i can remove.

any ideas what ive done and can it be rectified. ive fitted some other clocks form a euro 5 2011 and configered as best i can from memory.

2nd problam .van has no side doors from factory and ive removed rear doors from the van and out of bcm but still cant lock the van. fitted mechansim back to harnes earthed pin 13,van locks, but remove the mechanism again and it goes back to unlocked after re opening. tried turning clf? on and chassi cab with no luck

My 2006 van had the early clocks (obviously) with the green band, whereas my 2011 (Euro4) van has the later clocks without the green band but with the shift indicator lamp instead. One other function relevant to the different clocks is hill start assist. That might explain the ABS abnormality you're seeing, as I suspect it uses the ABS pump to hold the van on hills.

Having said that, I also have a 2008 van (built late 2007) but with the high spec BCM. That also has the shift indicator and hill start assist.
