Transit connect t200 drive belt tensioner

Hi all , i started my 2005 transit connect today and got a load of white smoke pouring out the engine bay. When i looked the drive belt had snapped and the drive belt tensioner wheel had burnt out, the wheel on it turns fine though. My question is, is it easy to change just the wheel on these ? Its got one bolt going through it but not a lot of room to undo it, any advise would be welcome
