Rubber stabilizer rods MK5

Buonasera,
ho difficoltà ad inserire i gommini delle biellette stabizzatrice all'interno del buco che si trova sui bracci oscillanti anteriori, questo perchè il gommino è più largo nella parte iniziale e non riesco ad inserirlo nel buco. C'è qualcuno che ha già fatto questo lavoro?

I find it difficult to insert the rubber stabilizer rods inside the hole located on the front swinging arms, this is because the rubber is wider in the initial part and I cannot insert it into the hole. Is there anyone who has already done this job?
