Panel bonding adhesive

Hi all
I'm looking for some advice for what is the best adhesive for bonding the inner panel to the outer panel on my sliding door. The factory sealent has become unstuck. I don't know whether to use a silicone or grab Adhesive as being a black van the panels get very hot in the sun so did think maybe silicone may be better as I think it may stand the heat better and not go hard and brittle. Any advice welcome.

After a bit of research I have decided to try Sikaflex EBT from screwfix. I'll post an update in a week or so of how I got on.

I would have thought that Sikaflex should do the job, and it shouldn't harden.

Sika EBT will be absolutely fine - its basically windscreen adhesive

Just a update on the panel bonding. The sikaflex stuck the two panels together very well. The door is a lot better with no Rattle's anymore and feels a lot more solid.
