16plate transit gear issue

Hi I have a 16plate transit lwb, recently I’ve noticed the gears don’t appear to be as smooth and sometimes you have to try twice to put it into gear! If I drive for maybe 30 mins 5th & 6th become very stiff to get in and out put fine when cold! Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on please ? Thanks

Mk6/7 suffer from worn selector bearings and shaft
So could be same issue
