It is possible - on the principle that everything is possible. I have links to photos from the Transit Forum, where one of the users puts a 2.5D engine with a Bosch pump for a Transit Mk6 2.4. Unfortunately, I do not have a link to this thread, you have to find it yourself. Maybe one of the users knows this thread and will help you find it.
But your choice of a 63 kW engine is not the best as it is an turbo engine with a Lucas Epic electronic injection system. History has shown that it is so unreliable and troublesome in servicing that a large number of Transit users have replaced the Lucas Epic system with a mechanical, simple Bosch. Leaving the turbo compressor. The power of such a hybrid is usually 50-57kW. And the swap of the electronic injection system, playing with the ECU and immo and a complicated wiring harness - it's nothing more than looking for additional big troubles. The scale of difficulties with Bosch's mechanical injection system is much smaller.

This is a job for fanatical lovers of the old reliable 2.5D engines with a Bosch pump. 8)

Mk6 still with the old 2,4 engine.

Here already with a 2.5D engine.

That is fantastic!! I am impressed at such a detailed response. I think I will rebuild the current engine rather than transplant. I dont need it in a hurry and it would not be the first motor I have done, just first diesel.
Will be a good winter project, thank you
