New member, Brand new 2020 T250 cargo with 300 miles on it. If the van has been sitting for about 30 minutes, open the slider door, and nothing happens (no lights), close the sliding door and go to the back, open a rear cargo door, lights all come on the fine, close the rear door and they go out as they should. If then I go directly to the sliding door the lights will come on if I open it, and will go off as they should when I close it. Let the van sit 10 minutes and lights function as they should with the sliding door. Let van sit 30 minutes, again no lights with sliding door, but again they operate with the rear door or either front door. It is as though the sliding door will not "wake up" the bcm if you will, however all the other doors will. So long as you do not let it sit 30 minutes lighting functions normally with any and all doors.
