MK7 Lacking power

Hi All, I have a 2010 2.2 FWD T330 Transit. Recently started to lack power. Noticeable on acceleration and particularly going uphill when it needs downshift and higher revs. Tick over faster now than it used to be too at about 900RPM.
To date I have done the following:
Service (oil, fuel and air filters), new MAP & MAF(generic), New (genuine) EGR, new fuel pressure sensor, PRV & SCV (Denso) complete with learns. This morning when cold the revs were rhythmically changing from 800RPM to 1200RPM on tick over but his then seemed to correct itself once warmed up. No faults showing on the code reader I have.
(new front battery fitted too as the old one wasn't keeping charge)
Not sure what to try next. Any ideas anyone?

I think I may have just discovered the source of my problems. It looks like the pin which connects the actuator to the wastegate has come off!! That's going to be interesting to fix. Are the £150 turbos available on Ebay any good?
