2014 Tourneo 9 seater fan resistor & rear door problem

My heater fan only works on 3 & 4 which suggests the fan resistor. I have removed the glovebox and can remove the plug from the resistor, which only makes it run on number 4. I can see the screw which holds the bracket down, but unless your arms are the size of a pipe cleaner, how are you supposed to unscrew it? Also, on another subject, the single rear door has started to rattle a lot and I cannot see how to adjust it. Any clues please?

I dont know the problem about the fan but I noticed the other day that there are supports that are bonded on to the door card on the rear door. Think they're meant to stop rattling but over time they come unstuck. I've yet to do mine but I think it'll help

The rattle seems to be coming from the bottom of the door where the latch is.
I was hoping the latch was on adjustable holes to move it a little, but it seems not.

I have now managed to get at the screw by removing the air ducting which is screwed in and access becomes much easier.
Still got a rattly rear door, though.
