My 07 transit 2.4 hunts for revs at idle. It's not severe but is annoying. Is it true some kind of software update cures that and if so what does Ford charge for it?

There's a few things that can cause it , one of which is software update but a simple going through of the learns in service section of FORSCAN can have good results and by doing it yourself save mucho £££'s, plus you can read any other faults it may have..... its a must have for transit owners1robbie wrote:My 07 transit 2.4 hunts for revs at idle. Forscan is free to download to your laptop and you'll need a switchable ELM327 UNIT and you'll get it from
Tunnelrat electronics for around £20 give or take couple of £'s
