Radio screen upgrade from Trend to Limited

I’ve spent an age trying to find the right Custom for me. It seems there is a global shortage of semiconductors and this coupled with Covid have slowed and delayed production lines at Ford resulting in nearly new Transits shooting up in price to almost (and in some case more than) new prices.

As a result, remaining within my budget I have gone with a 2018 trend model over a limited (which for the mileage/age I want I now can’t find).

The question I have is can the smaller screen module on the trend model stereo system be upgraded to the new larger screen as seen in most limited models. I’ve included a photo below. To do this, do I just need the :-
new screen module,
module plus head unit,
module plus head unit plus harness,
module plus head unit plus harness plus fortrans reprogramming

I have searched the forum for answers to this and haven’t found an answer (lots of stuff re: reversing camera figment etc) I appreciate that I may be searching using the wrong terminology. Sorry if this has been done and documented but I’d appreciate a steer if poss.
