Can anyone give me some channels to explore please.

You need to get the codes read....could be many different things amiss.
First things to check would be the ABS sensors and their looms/connectors.. Is the steering wheel pointing straight ahead..?? Might require a SAS, (steering angle sensor), calibration.
Are all the tyres the same size..?? Any work been done to the wheels/tyres, bearings, brakes lately..??

Hi, Thanks for the reply.
I will check all of this with the owner, who is a relative so not fobbing us off...
I know he has had some work done recently, including welding. He did say this:
"Unfortunately, the van has been sat off the road for a few months.. When I turned the van on to take it to MOT it had the handbrake, ABS and traction control lights on. The lights were never on when we used it"
Anyone know a reliable garage or mechanic in the Hull area that could do this..
