Buttons don’t work after APIM swap help

Hi,

I have a Ford transit custom 2019 with the sync 3 system but the reason for the APIM swap was for the navigation.

I have swapped the APIM over programmed it with my original settings for the van but enabled navigation. Everything works including the steering wheel controls but the physical buttons for the screen don’t work. Please look at screenshot.
