1.8 TDCI Delphi Injector Leak off Data?

Hello All,

Does anyone know the permissible leak off values for 1.8 TDCI Delphi Injectors? I have recently purchased 4 'Ford' packaged remanufactured injectors, but when conducting the leak off test as per https://www.fordwiki.co.uk/index.php/In ... HhTdCaN6GQ I am way over the stated 25ml amount at around 85ml total.

So hopefully someone can clarify the permissible leak off as I cannot find the specific data anywhere.

Check to make sure your little bottles are calibrated/graduated correctly...is the indicated 85ml actually 85ml..?? Some of these Chinese bottles are way off the mark. A good quality baby bottle or syringe from a chemist is often very close.

Yes I did that with a syringe already....as I was dubious as to whether graduation or volume measurements. They are accurate ml marks.

Trying to get the data regarding leak off so I can return the injectors if they are faulty, as I'm really not sure if this is a different leak off data to the ford wiki page.

Really struggling to draw a conclusion, the fact that all values are so close implies the injectors are good, but way off the 25ml benchmark.

I have just started to experience running issues at low revs, slight stuttering, knock and some smoke. The supplier has said he will replace but want to be sure of this leak off value first.
