2.5 di turbo engine

Help have changed cam belt using timing pins locked in to crank cam and diesel pump fitted new belt and tensioner removed pin turned engine over by hand twice all ok but will not start any ideas. Thanks

Did you pin it all up with the old belt still attached?

Is it a factory turbo engine? Does it have a bosch or lucas pump?

If pinned in all orifices before belt removal then it can't be 180 oot
