Transit custom chugging

Good evening all
I have a custom 2016 euro 5 . Please can anyone help me in finding what is the problem ?
Engine chugging , no power and oil has spat out on the left hand side of the block as you look at it .
This happened to me just over a year ago , which it ran on its own oil . Ended up with a new block .
I have no fault code coming up either .
Van speck just in case it makes a difference - remapped , hybrid turbo by Essex turbos .

Luckily the van did it as I pulled into my road so hopefully no damage has been done this time .

Any help would be massively appreciated.
