can any one tell me if ford fiesta alloy wheels fit on transit custom sizes are 205/55ZR17 95WXL

They'll fit on the roof, or in the back, but not on the axles, they have a completely different pcd and locating bore,

And the tyres are not correctly rated and could earn you 3points per tyre.

You missed out that the wheels themselves are probably not load rated for a heavy van either
