had code P2463and P246C on my transit, ive replaced the fuel vapourizer and the pressure sensor, tried to erase the codes but they come straight back on. any help would be apriciated. thanks in advance.

Have you done a static regen before trying to clear the codes when mine wouldn’t do a static regeneration it had a faulty thermostat and wasn’t getting up to the correct engine temperature.
