asm clutch not engaging

Hi trouble again with ASM

Just replaced old dual mass clutch with single mass. We have taught the system to it multiple times. On the odd occasion it's driven off and changed gears and been been fine until we've come to neutral/ idle.

Van is trying to engage gear but can't quite. Can feel it trying to engage but doesn't.

Getting a reading of zero on the clutch position sensor.

Any ideas?

Had same problem 16months ago and also now! Will be replacing again as it's cheaper van the £6000 I haven't got to replace my van as I'm disabled and can't drive manual. You can get the parts from https://www.sequparts.com/product-category/ford/ the motor is €280 ish with postage which ain't bad as it stays on the road another 16 months.
You can check your motor using a tester with ohms resistance https://www.wikihow.com/Check-an-Electric-Motor If you can get the motor out or find the cables to the motor.

Solution here was to ONLY install a dual mass clutch with an ASM gearbox, and NOT a single mass. (I had to replace the single mass for dual mass)
