crankshaft position sensor location

i have got a 66 reg ford transit 2.2 litre, i was wondering where the crank shaft position sensor is located thanks

FWD or RWD..?? Sensor lives on the split-line between the block and gearbox.

Can anyone tell me we’re the location of the crankshaft sensor is please on a lwb 2006 for transit ?

FWD or RWD..?? 2.0 or 2.4..?? Assuming RWD 2.4 as the FWD 2.0 Mk6 didn't often come in LWB.
Crank sensor is on the engine block/gearbox splitline, behind the exhaust manifold....pig of a thing to get at, often easier to get at from underneath the van.
