Remove courier blower motor

Anybody ever had the task of removing a courier blower motor if so could you Possibly shine some light on this for me as I can not see a way of removing this without full dash out jobby! If anyones got a hack to remove this I’d be much appreciated before I pay ford prob £1000 to do it cheers

go to ford garage and ask,they will tell you,see a mechanic if need be
