2014 Transit Connect 2.5l Fuel But No Spark!

Just bought another connect. Was in a flood, engine and trans both replaced. Ran great when I picked it up, drove back to shop with no issues. Speedo didnt work so I was checking all fuses. After checking fuses the engine will simply not start. Has gas to the plugs, but no spark. Double checked position and voltage at all fuses 3 times. I have another transit with same motor here at the shop, tried swapping coils, plugs and camshaft position sensor. Any ideas?
