Resting roof rack directly on the roof

Has anyone got any ideas on how to mount a roof rack resting directly on the roof? I’ve got hold of a Rhino one (pictured) and want to keep it so I can get under most car park height restrictions. I’d like to avoid drilling holes in the roof but don’t mind welding something to it. Thanks in advance
