Ford transit 115 T300 2011 clutch problem

Postby Miisu123 » Wed Jun 01, 2022 9:12 am

Hello. I replaced front breaks and left driveshaft. After that it wont move. Every gear goes on, but clutch pedal doesnt do anything. Pedal goes up and down. Gears shift smoothly even with pedal up. Checked lines and bleeded the clutch with vacuum pump. Still nothing. Driveshaft seal seems to leak gear oil, but that shouldnt affect the clutch? Any ideas what to do? Thank you

Sounds to me like you haven't pushed the drive shaft In properly. Or it's the wrong one.

What Punto said, there are three different drive shaft part numbers depending on what engine/gearbox you have...the 85ps uses one part number, the 110ps & 130ps use another....and the 115ps & 140ps use a different one again. I believe the 5 and 6 speed boxes use different spline counts, you may have the wrong drive shaft.
