My first time on this forum, hoping someone out there can help.
I have a Transit 'banana's engine 2.5D in my LDV Convoy. I need to remove the front plate because of a water leak. To do this job so I don't get any leaks after reassembling everything, I would like to use the special tools recommended in the manual. These are the crankshaft front seal centraliser/installation tool and also the camshaft centraliser/installation tool.
Does anyone out there know where I can buy these or rent them from someone to do the job? I've tried so-called Transit specialists and Transit rebuild specialists and none of them seem to have ever done the job never mind have the tools!
In my LDV manual, the part numbers are LDV 129 (crankshaft) and 21-159 (camshaft).
Any help will be really appreciated
