total electric failure

2018 custom

Hi
i opened my van this morning as usual to get something out of it.then i locked it.via key fob.It sounded the horn twice.i thought one of the doors was open.They were all closed. This evening the is total electric/battery failure.nothing no dash lights horn abusulutely nothing..

is there a reset somewhere.Or anybody have any ideas.I really don't think its the battery.

Take the leads off the battery / batteries - Clean the battery posts, check the main earth / ground.

no luck, then come back and ask again .

Do the custom have a fusible link in the earth lead like the mk6

No they don't.

It's more likely to be a duff aux battery, if it has twin batteries :mrgreen:
