Diffrent style of SCV van cutting out

My van is 2.2 2012 FWD T280 125 has started random cutting out and iv noticed a diesel rattle more so when cold seems ok when hot.
Using a Delphi diagnostic tool this is the fuel pressure im guessing its out of spec?
This is the same as fitted to my van are these as much trouble [crap] as the other style
Im guessing this is the scv ? the cylinder with the white paint on

Euro-5's don't have an SCV as such like the Euro-4's. Totally different fuel system, Euro-5's have a Seimens fuel system, Euro-4's have a Denso fuel system.

any know reasons as to cutting out on the euro 5 ?

I have sorted the cutting out issue with the help of Forscan and the adapter from Tunnelrat turn out to be a broken wire must have chaffed through on the plastic trunking it was just coverd at the point it exits the trunking.
Just need to replace the glow plugs as forscan shows two open circuit
