Hill Start Assist Not Available

Hey all

I’ve just changed the alternator on my 2015 transit custom and after starting the engine it’s come up with hill assist not available also the abs, traction control and check engine light has come on. I’m lost as to where to start with this. Had absolutely no luck with this van at all. New engine after 6 months because the bottom end went and now alternator (which I guess happens) and now this!! I’ve thought maybe a fuse or something?

Any help would be massively appreciated thanks a lot in advance
