2.0 16v petrol engine into 2.3 petrol van

Hopefully someone can help me with this
I have a 2003 transit 2.3 16v petrol , the engine is coming to the end of its life ( 375,000 miles )
I also have a ford Scorpio fitted with the 2.0 16v engine which is basically a slightly smaller engine without balance shafts.
I want to fit the Scorpio engine into the transit I guess I will need the ECU the ignition key and the pat's system to make it all work is there anything else I need or problems I may encounter?
Any advice or help is appreciated
