DPF fault code issue P2463

hi im just working on a 2019 ford tranist and ive done a flush out and and a regen however i keep getting exhaust filter over limit coming up every time i turn ignition on and on the computer it comes up with these codes p2463:00 p246b:00 and p246c:00 ive put a new pressure sensor on but that didnt do anything so removed dpf and still no go . does any one have any idea on what it could be or what to do

I encountered the same error as you retro bowl. I tried to fix it and got help from many people. But still can't fix it.
