PROBLEMS STARTING 2.2 MK 7

Hi guys
Perhaps some on here might be able to help me my 2009 transit mk7 2.2 is very hard to start takes about four to five tries,had low fuel rail pressure and air in fuel pipes, changed diesel pump, and new fuel lines now have high fuel rail pressure, once started she runs sweet and drives well would not know there was a problem and starts quite well when warm i had injectors tested and they all failed on delta pulse width being to high min should be -150 to 150 i am getting 224 and above on all injectors could it be the injectors giving me the starting issue,when she does first start big cloud of smoke as if over fueling. The pressure rail sensor. Egr valve. fuel pump valve, and Pressure rail valve and glo plugs have all been changed, and new battery, have all been replaced, my mechanic tried a pilot and pump learn but failed,have engine malfunction message come up on Dash as soon as i turn ignition on goes out when i push indicator stalk, pulling my hair out now as dont seem to be getting anywhere. sorry for long message, someone said fuel filter housings can play up.

Were the valves etc genuine Ford or Denso items..?? If not you're wasting your time and money. Non-genuine SCV and PRV will rarely pass the learns...and if they do miraculously pass, they often fail soon after. The genuine rail pressure sensors rarely fail. Euro-4 TDCi pumps hardly ever fail.

The learns "must" be completed successfully or it will never run properly. Cranking FRP should be ~300bar, idle FRP should be 230bar +/- 10%.
