Transit tipper 2013, 13 pin wiring diagram

Hi,
I was wondering if someone can help me.
I’ve issues trying to wire new 13 pin light fitting onto my transit tipper.
I can’t seem to find a diagram that makes sense.
I’ve got a tester that I’ve plugged in specifically for a 13 pin adapter.
I have a fog light on permanently, lights/break lights work
Just I can’t get no indicators to work.
The colour wires I have, don’t match anything on line that I can find
I have the following cables,

Green/brown stripe
Yellow x2
Brown/green stripe
Red
Orange
Black
Green x 2
Purple x 2
Purple/white stripe
Black/yellow stripe.
Does anyone please have a wiring diagram that matches these please?
Driving me insane lol.
I need to tow Sunday and can’t get a replacement harness anywhere so am attempting to fix the existing one.
Really appreciate some help in this.
