FUEL BALANCE QUANTITY FOR CYLINDERS

I have a 2018 transit 20lt van drives fine until you put it in a high gear and put foot down labouring it it put a p126 injector imput circuit fault on injector 4 up I'm trying to get my head round the balance quantities some have a - infront see picture Image

Personally I find they confuse issues rather than direct you to a solution.

There's other data, tools and codes which will be of more use for solving problems.

If it's showing a fault on injector 4then one option is to swap injectors 3 & 4 to see if fault shifts.
It's always recommended to replace the stretch bolts and injector washers but for a test I've risked using them again.
Bolts from ford are cheap but copper washers, not so much.
