Indicator problem

Good afternoon, I hope somebody can help, my 2019 Tourneo Custom has developed an issue,
when using either indicator switch, left or right, the dashboard lights flash very fast.
all 6 of the bulbs are blinking at the normal rate, I have replaced each bulb with a new one and it hasn't helped.
when using the hazard switch, all bulbs blink normally and the dashboard lights flash normally.
so the issue is only when using the indicator switch.

any ideas??

if it was older before say 2011 ..i would have plenty of ideas ..as its a newer and all body control module BCM and micro computer stuff ...I'm lost.
.only plugging it in to the diagnostics will help .

Ive just seen something on youtube that says rapid flash is due to LEDs bulbs being fitted ...or perhaps wrong LED bulbs .
