If that's the case a blow torch will be needed to shape them.

It'll be like carbon fibre only slightly crap.

I repaired a broken washing machine drum bearing years ago. Felt really proud. Big plastic drum. The drum had dropped and was rubbing on the outer drum because of the failed bearing.
I cleared all the plastic shreds from the pump and tried not to scoff with pride as the machine performed a other wash. My housemates at the time were literally clapping. I was so so chuffed and smug.
'Honestly guys it's nothing' I said - secretly clapping to myself.

That's when the water and foam started to pour out as the outer drum split with the vibrations (it had of course been heavily scored by the inner drum after the bearing had collapsed) .

It was very embarrassing but the floor was clean.
We bought another washing machine.

Buy some secondhand liners. I've got one, just need to try to install it.
