rubber injector seals blow by

Hi.
I have a ducato 2.2 puma engine. i have had some sooty black appearing around No2 injector for a while, on top of the rocker cover seal. now noticing the same appearing on No1 and No3. taking off the filler cap appears wuite normal, minimal smoke and no excessive noise, so dont think its the copper rings. could the breather system be faulty or blocked? as heard this can over pressurize the rocker. also small iol leak somewhere on the front of the engine that is making the alternator wet with oil and down below that. dont think its the rocker cover gasket although dont know unless i tale the front off the vehicle for a good look
