ford tis january 2004 cd power windows

did work okay on windows xp, but on my newer computer win 10 it does not run, any thoughts. on transit mk6 the drivers window up/down okay but the passenger window stays closed. i can see the motor vibrate when press up button on passenger door but nothing when press down button. no motor vibration when i press up or down on drivers door button, so i was looking for circuit diagram of the power windows, or advice thanks.
