Info display fading, and missing some info

HI I have some problems with my Transit custom 2,2 2014. Hoping that somebody would know what it could be.

The small info display is fading while driving. It is sometime clearer and sometimes more dim. If I turn off the headligts it usually gets a little bit better.
It has also stopped showing how far I can go before next fill up. Instead of a number it just says -- . All the other info on the screen, mpg, cruie control, gear shifting etc, is working. But the display light is always weak
Another thing that stopped working is the fromt light that light up to the side while turning. Not sure what you call it.

All the 3 faults appeared att the same time

When I scanned the vehicle I got 2 codes but I don't think these problems have anything to do with them.

Code: P0673 - Cylinder 3 Glow Plug Circuit / Open. The 3rd glow plug is not working
Code: U0166 - Lost Communication With Auxiliary Heater Control Module. The webasto/diesel warner have never worked on the car
