2018 Transit injector failures

My 2.0L eco diesel transit based motor home ( manufactured Sept 2018 ) has travelled only 8.5K miles and
So far has had 9 injectors fitted ( including the originals). The last replacement was a week ago. Can I expect more trouble or are the newer injectors more reliable ?

Just my humble opinion....but ......Unfortunately the 2.0L Eco engines are well known to be junk....injectors fail constantly....they throw wet belts with monotonous regularity and clog up the oilways with the bits of wet belt floating around inside the engine, this is well documented and unfortunately very common. I understand there may be some civil law suits as a result.
