VP30 diesel pump fault ????

Hi all , hope everyone is doing good , ok I've been having the same issue with my van I.e flashinh glowplug light intermittent start then just no start at all , it's an LDV running the ford 2.4D duratorque engine 66kw 90hp and I have tried almost everything the only thing left to change is the Bosch VP30 diesel pump but before I do that can anyone tell me for sure if the codes I'm getting are diesel pump fault codes please , codes are as follows P0216 P1563 and P1695 any help would be appreciated thanks all .

Fault code may indicate you have a edc edu fault ..this is a module that sits on top of the pump ..and is often the cause. so not the whole pump

Hi thanks for the reply , heres what I've done so far , new glowplugs , new diesel filter , new 50mm2 battery cables , new battery , new ground strap , checked all fuses and relays , sent EDU off the pump for repair , fitted a brand new main wiring loom , cleaned all earths and sprayed all electrical connections , I've even had my old PCM / ECU cloned to a new unit and still the same codes , there was no signs or warnings that anything was wrong the van ran perfect then just refused to start , I have had it started on a couple of occasions but it was intermittent sometimes it would start other times it wouldnt and now it tries to start but wont fire up fully which makes me think it's the pump especially with the P1563 code as that does refer to a pump issue I'm just wanting someone with the knowledge about these pumps to confirm pump before I buy a recon unit , the van has only covered 50k .
