Infotainment system in my transit thinks it's a ford puma

Just bought a 2019 transit custom sport. The previous owner mentioned the touch screen was previously cracked so he had it replaced. When you search for the vehicle on Bluetooth it matches with a ford puma so I believe he has bought a second hand part from a puma. As they are different vehicles with different coding/software etc it is affecting the functionality for example the reverse camera, satnav and radio stations all won't work.

I have replaced the screen with a friends screen from his transit custom but made no difference it still thinks it's a puma so I'm thinking it must be a computer/module issue. Any advice is appreciated
