Puff of smoke

I have just had the turbo rebuilt on my 2.5 TDi and fitted new injectors.
Runs nicely, slight smoke haze on acceleration, but getting a puff of white smoke when I lift off.
Is this normal?
Had to replace injectors because lost a tip ... so may be just residual excess diesel in the exhaust system?

when the turbo failed it may have put a lot of oil into the exhaust and intercooler.

This will have to be burnt off .

It may right itself - after a long run..if it does not

Cheers Mark. That is what I suspected.
Cleaned out the intercooler and pipework but not the exhaust so will see how it goes with a run.
Its white smoke so will be fuel.
