problem with back suspension

can anyone help? i bought a Rreg tranny 190 lbw and i now have a problem with the back suspension.the rear end bounces around more than any other tranny i have had. i`ve taken the shocks off and they feel ok.does anyone know if anything else can cause this? thanks

Welcome Kingy!! its probly the springs then!! when you say more than any other tranny i have had! have you had a 190 before??
when empty they do have a harsher ride than the smaller models!!!

check the shocks are workin and the bushes in the ends are ok.

how many leafs have you got in the springs?? a 190 should be 3
