Hi, all, just bought a 2.2 mk 7 transit RWD. Had a blown turbo, That's not a problem i thought so i fitted a new turbo and a second-hand intercooler and exhaust. Problem is engine starts lovely on the button even in the cold, no knocking or smoking. You can rev it up stationary without any issues or smoke, But if you drive off you can hear a (what i think is a diesel knock), Only knocks on low RPM below 1500 RPM, and stops as soon as the engine gets slightly warm within 1/4 of a mile then stops. you can leave the van all day and start it up and drive off without any knocking, just that initial start up in the morning. The van runs well apart from a power lag below 1500rpm wont pull very well. get up between 1500 to 2000 rpm and the engine pulls well. Unsure if its an injector fault, EGR valve or the turbo, Any help greatly appreciated
