Front headlamp connector removal problems

Morning chaps

I don’t know how to unclip the headlamp connector

It’s freezing and I don’t want to snap it off

Do I need to push a screwdriver in the whole? Pull or push down?

I’ve watched every video and everyone just says unclip it. Doesn’t really help.

Any advice much appreciated
