2014 tourneo custom no power when driven

as above, feels flat when driven. Will rev high in neutral. The only codes coming up are for the brake boost pressure sensor. plenty of compression, no mis fire, just gutless. Turbo feels ok (no play).

i bought it like this. I replaced the rocker cover as it had a breather problem causing crankcase pressure which caused oil into the exhaust side of turbo. I recut injector seats and fitted genuine new seals. Compression was 370,400,340,and 350psi. Still no power
